PRIVACY POLICY

How Next Gen Fitness Systems handles your information on this website. Last updated 10 September 2026.

WHO WE ARE

Next Gen Fitness Systems, Echuca Moama, Australia. We coach gym owners and install our systems in their gyms. Anything on this page, email admin@nextgenfitnesssystems.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Only what you type into the booking form:

• your name, email and phone number
• your gym's name, or that it is opening soon
• where your gym is at, as a member count band
• anything you write in the notes box

Our hosting also keeps standard server logs (your IP address, browser type and the pages you asked for). We use those to keep the site running and to block spam submissions, nothing else.

We do not sell or rent any of it.

WHAT WE DO WITH IT

• We record your enquiry in our prospects list so Jack or Luke can get back to you
• We email you a confirmation, and email ourselves your enquiry
• We use it to prepare for your strategy call

That is all. You are not added to a newsletter, and your details are not passed to anyone else for their own use.

WHO HELPS US RUN THIS SITE

These services handle your information on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the site and runs the booking form
• Supabase stores our prospects list
• Resend sends our emails
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser fetches them from Google and Google sees your IP address
• Meta runs the Meta Pixel, explained below

Some of these store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. Each is bound by its own privacy policy and by our agreement with it.

COOKIES AND THE META PIXEL

We use the Meta Pixel on this site. It sets cookies and tells Meta which pages you visit and whether you complete the booking form, so we can measure our ads and show them to people like you. It never receives your name, email or phone number from us.

You can turn it off. Block third-party cookies in your browser, or change your ad settings at facebook.com/ads/preferences. The site works the same either way.

We run no other analytics or advertising trackers.

PAGES WE PREPARE FOR YOUR GYM

Before a call we may send you a link to a page prepared for your gym. Your gym's name and the call time sit in the link itself. We store nothing from your visit to it, and the page is hidden from search engines.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep your enquiry while we are talking, and while there is a realistic chance we will work together. Ask and we delete it.

YOUR CHOICES

Email admin@nextgenfitnesssystems.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within 1 business day.

CLIENT GYMS

If your gym becomes a client, the portal and the apps hold more: your team, your members and your numbers. That is covered by our services agreement with you, not this page.

CHANGES

When what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
